MUCHBOOM Data Processing Agreement This DPA forms part of your subscription agreement and covers personal data MUCHBOOM processes on your behalf when you use the service. Scope: chat content, prompts, uploaded files, and account metadata. Roles: you are the controller of personal data you submit; MUCHBOOM is the processor. Sub-processors: the current list is published at /legal/enterprise/sub-processors and is also linked from this page; we will notify customers in writing before adding a new sub-processor. Data residency: production data is stored in EU regions; backups are EU-only. Retention: chat content is retained for the lifetime of your account unless you delete it; deletion is honoured within thirty days. Security: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), least-privilege access, audit logging, and an incident-response process documented at /legal/enterprise. International transfers: covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
